Bila joined AKRUA Consulting in 2018 and is currently serving as a dedicated Junior Partner.
She graduated with a degree in Accounting from the State University of Jakarta and brings over eight years of experience in finance and accounting. Her industry exposure spans retail, coffee bean trading, F&B, venture capital, construction, and pharmacy, supported by proficiency in accounting software namely Xero, QuickBooks, Jurnal.id, Odoo, ESB, Accurate, and various operational tools including Gadjian, MokaPOS, Airtable, Peakflo, Talenta, Abacus, and Olsera, reflecting her structured and adaptable working style.
Outside the office, she enjoys staying active through sports, a hobby that fuels her drive and focus.
