Tired of manually re-typing your bank statement into Xero?
Export your BCA or BRI statement to Excel, drop it in below, and get back a CSV Xero will actually accept — correctly formatted, correctly dated, ready in seconds instead of an afternoon of manual data entry.
Xero reads dates based on your organisation's regional settings, not the bank's — pick whichever your Xero org uses so nothing gets flipped on import.

Excel (.xlsx) or .csv, up to 5MB
Built by AKRUA's own accounting team — the same statement-reading logic we use for client bookkeeping.
This tool is in beta — we've tested it carefully, but if a converted file looks off, email us at accounting@akruaconsulting.com and we'll fix it fast.
Before You Start
Export your statement to Excel first
This tool reads the Excel (.xlsx) export from your bank's internet or mobile banking portal — not a PDF. Both BCA and BRI offer this as a "download mutasi" or "export" option on your transaction history.
Built to Be Trusted With Your Numbers
Your bank statement never leaves your browser
Never Uploaded
Every row is read and converted locally, on your device, using JavaScript running in your browser. The statement file itself never touches AKRUA's servers or anyone else's.
Never Stored
We don't save your transactions, account numbers, or balances — anywhere, ever. There's nothing to store, because it never leaves your device.
You Control the File
The converted CSV downloads straight to your computer. Nothing is emailed, logged, or kept on our end — only that the tool was used, and which bank.
Common Questions
Before you upload
Is my bank statement data actually safe?
Yes. The entire conversion runs in your browser's JavaScript — your statement is never sent to AKRUA's servers or anyone else's. We only record that the tool was used (which bank, and an optional company name you can leave blank) — never the file, its transactions, or any account details.
Does this handle US vs. Indonesian date formats for Xero?
Yes. Xero reads dates based on your organisation's regional settings, not the bank's — so a date like 03/04 means something different depending on your Xero org. You choose whether your org uses International (DD/MM/YYYY) or US (MM/DD/YYYY) format, and every date in the output is formatted to match exactly.
I only have a PDF statement, not Excel — can I still use this?
Export your BCA or BRI statement to Excel from your internet or mobile banking portal first — both banks support this under "download mutasi" or a similar export option. We deliberately didn't build PDF parsing, since table-extracting a PDF reliably enough to trust with your books is a much harder problem than we're comfortable guessing at.
Is this really free, no catch?
Really free — no sign-up, no email required, no trial. We built it because manually reconciling bank statements into Xero is a problem we solve for clients every day, and this first step (getting the format right) is one we're happy to give away.
Can this automate my bank feed instead of one-off manual imports?
This tool solves the one-off conversion problem — you'll still need to run it each time you have a new statement. If you want your bank statements flowing into Xero automatically every month, already reconciled and tax-ready, that's the actual bookkeeping service we offer — see the section below.
Want This Handled For You?
This is the easy part. We handle the rest.
Converting a file is one step. Reconciling it against your POS, catching the tax issues, and keeping your books clean every month — that's what we actually do.
