Junior Associate — Delivery Excellence
The starting point in Delivery Excellence: you prepare the financial statements clients actually receive — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow — and keep their books accurate month to month, with a Senior Associate and QC reviewing your work.
- S1 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field — fresh graduates welcome
- Accuracy with numbers matters more here than years of experience
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and cloud accounting software
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Senior Associate — Delivery Excellence
You're the quality backbone behind every client deliverable — reviewing financial and tax reports before they go out, catching what's inconsistent or wrong, and coaching junior associates so the same issues don't repeat.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3+ years in accounting, audit, or financial reporting
- Attention to detail, and comfort owning quality control, not just production
- Comfortable coaching junior team members through technical issues
Senior Consultant — Client Engagement
You're the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients — owning the relationship end-to-end, not just executing tasks. The deliverables are the standard financials; the real value is in what you do with them.
- Relevant accounting/finance education, ideally with specialized experience
- 2–3+ years of relevant experience, including client- or stakeholder-facing work
- Comfortable explaining financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- A consultative mindset, not a report-producing one
Team Leader — Client Engagement
You shift from owning your own clients individually to leading a small team that delivers client advisory work — responsible for your team's output and growth, not just your own.
- 3–5+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing others
- Comfortable owning a team's output, not just your own
- Big 4 / mid-tier plus in-house experience is a strong plus
